All around we see 'evidence' that people can't share. Many pundits and politicians would have us believe this. It's a false belief that allows us to be divided and conquered, surrendering our nature to be sovereign caretakers of Earth.
In earliest spring we harvested young Sochan greens. The flowers are now feeding Gold Finches and pollinators.
We envisioned the bottom edge of our meadow as a riparian-type habitat, which is a rich habitat for wild edibles and medicinals. Joe Pye Weed and Tall Coneflower (also called Sochan) are in full bloom.
